The 10th Area: External Energy – Your Flow.

We all want to be tapped in, tuned in, and turned on.

We’re in a state of perfect harmony and balance, fully present in the moment.

The tenth area is external energy. It Includes:

Your Flow

When we talk about external energy, it’s just another word for flow. People who get in their flow state are focused, engaged, and enjoying what they’re doing. It’s the feeling that comes from being fully present in the moment.

In other words, when you’re working on something, your energy flows outward into the world.

Your Joy

Do you know what gets you fired up? Have you ever thought about it?  It is the kind of joy we get from doing something we love. It gives us energy. When you are working on something that gives you joy, you are able to give more, produce more, and be more, and as a result, the world benefits.

Being In The Zone

You should understand that there’s a difference between being in “the zone” and being “in flow.” “In the flow” means you’re experiencing all the subtleties of what you’re doing and focused on what you’re doing without any distractions. On the other hand, “being in the zone” means you’re so focused on something that you don’t notice how often you blink or your breath rate increases. It’s easy to get distracted when you’re in flow. You may even start to daydream.

Being Tapped In, Tuned In, and Turned On

The term “being tapped in, tuned in, and turned on” refers to our ability to stay completely engaged while working on a task and also while performing a task. If you’re tapped in, you’re in a state of being focused and attentive. Your mind is sharp, and you’re able to remain completely immersed in the task at hand. You can’t just zone out, because that would mean that your attention wanders. You’re completely aware of the current environment. Tuned in and turned on are similar terms, and both describe a state of being completely engaged in the present moment.

This is a very important skill to have if you want to be successful in life. For example, it helps us stay focused when we’re studying for an exam or working on a project at school. It helps us remain calm when we’re in a stressful situation. It helps us perform better when we’re playing sports or performing in a musical or theatrical performance. It also helps us enjoy
